JKBOSE Filling Re-evaluation / Xerox forms Notification forClass 12th Pvt 2021 isnotified for information of all the eligible candidatesofHigher Secondary Examination Part-ll (Class 12th),BiannualPvt 2021, Leh, Higher Secondary Examinationpart-l(Class 12th), Biannual Pvt 2021, Summer ZoneandSecondary School Examination (Class 1Oth) Bi-AnnualPrivate, 2021-Summer Zone, desirous ofobtainingthe Xerox Copy/ies of their answer script/s andg ettingtheir answer script/s Re-evaluated that they shall APPLY ONLINE fort hesame on JKBOSE official website i.e, ww.jkbose.nic.in as per below mentioned schedule:

 Lastdate for filling forms for obtaining Xerox of answer/ scripts: 17-12-2021

 Lastdate for filling Re-evaluation forms : 22-12-2021.

Instructions for filling Re-evaluation/ Xerox forms Thecandidates are required to fill the online Re-evaluation/Xerox application forms after ascertaining their eligibility in light of Notification No. F(AcadC Rev/SSE/HSE/ETT/06 dated: 29-05-2006.

 Theprescribed fee for Re-evaluation@ 450/-per answer

,script and for Xerox copy @Rs. 230/-per answer scripts

 shallbe deposited through online mode only i.e., Credit/

 DebitCards, Net Banking facilities etc.

,Further the notice for collection of the Xerox copies of answer scripts shall be uploaded on the BOSE website in phasedmanner and students will collect their Xerox

copiesstrictly as per the uploaded schedule from the

 concernedSecrecy Unit of JKBOSE Head office, Rehari

,Colony Jammu or Sub-Office, Leh (in case candidate/s

 belongingto Leh), only after producing the proof of the

 feedeposited.

 Nostudent will visit the JKBOSE office without following

the schedule for collection of answer scripts.

Theapplicants are advised to keep visiting JKBOSE

 websiteregularly for

copies after they apply for the same.

 Thereshall be no re-evaluation/ re-checking in such

papers/subjects in which proportionate marks have been awarded as per Notification No.F (Acad-C)R/x

/XIlBi/Ann-Pvt/20-21 dated 16-09-2021 issued by

 DirectorAcademics, JKBOSE.
