10th Based Paramedical course 2022 FMPHW & MMPHW 2022 session registration start date : 13-04-2022, Registration last date : 11-05-2022 , Online payment Last Date : 12-05-2022 , Document uploading last date : 21-05-2022

INSTRUCTIONS :-

1. A candidate can fill only one application form.Multiple applications from the same candidate will lead to rejection of candidature.
2.  Keep scanned copy of photographs , signatures and other relevant documents handy before you fill online application form. 
3. On successfull submission of form an application number will be generated.Note that number for future references.
4.  Submit fees online. 
5. Upload all relevant documents. 
6. Application will be considered complete only when application form is filled ,payment is done and relevant documents are uploaded .Incomplete applications will be rejected 
7. Print application form.Keep it for future references.
8.  Application No. and Date of birth is required for makng payment,uploading of documents,checking application status e.t.c 
9. No document at this stage need to be submitted to BOPEE. 
10. Candidates can edit their submitted application form before the last date of the advertisement,in case of any difficulty please contact JKBOPEE.
